We understand that it is not always easy to buy something without trying it on. That is why we offer a no hassle return policy and why we will NEVER charge a restocking fee.

All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased
from us, just return it unused in the original packaging and we'll give you a refund. No questions asked!! (Custom orders are excluded). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, no exceptions.
Exchanges Policy:
All exchanges will incur a $5.95 shipping fee (plus oversize charges if applicable) if the order is under $139, even if you qualified for free shipping on the original order.
We regret having to do this, but the high cost of shipping requires us to do so.
You will find that this charge is still lower than our competitors.
